TeleConnect Therapies was developed to meet the growing need for licensed mental health providers in rural communities throughout California. TeleConnect Therapies (TCT) is a mental-health partnership that offers clinical psychology and clinical social work services through videoconferencing technology to California Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and the patients they serve. We contract directly with rural clinics to offer a full package of out-patient mental health services to patients. We provide clinics the information necessary to bill third party-payors, including Medicare and Medi-Cal. We offer information on tele-psychiatry services available, and we coordinate services with psychiatrists and with primary care providers. We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and technical assistance to contracted clinics.
