Mountains Community Hospital is located in Lake Arrowhead, California and is a full-service hospital and birthing center with 17 medical/surgical beds, 6 of which are swing beds, and 18 Extended Care and Recovery beds. A physician staffs the Emergency Department 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for both local residents and visitors. The range of services offered by Mountains Community Hospital is designed to provide essential medical care through a wide variety of programs to all who should need assistance. Inpatient services include Obstetrics, Medical/Surgical, Skilled Nursing, Post-acute Care Rehabilitation and Respite Care. In addition to Emergency Services, outpatient diagnostic services include Laboratory, cardiac stress testing and Radiology (CT, ultrasound, bone densitometry, and mammography). Outpatient Rehabilitation Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

• Managed service for all telemedicine equipment.
